License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or otherwise utilizing any products, materials, or services provided by Shadcndashboard, including but not limited to admin dashboard templates and source code (“Templates”), you (“Licensee”) acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement.

Definitions

  • Templates: The dashboard templates, kits, and source code provided by Shadcndashboard, including the Ultimate Kit and any updates or related materials included with your purchase.
  • End Product: A website, application, or piece of software that incorporates or is built with Templates. For example, a SaaS platform, internal admin tool, client project, or commercial product.
  • End User: Any person who uses or interacts with an End Product. There is no limit on the number of End Users.
  • Client: An individual, customer, or company receiving a customized End Product from the Licensee.
  • Licensee: The person or organization that holds the purchased license.

License

This License provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide Standard license to use, modify, and distribute the Templates as described in this agreement.

Standard License

Intended for individuals, freelancers, and solo developers. The Standard license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the Templates.

Permitted Uses

The Licensee may:

  • Use the Templates to build unlimited End Products for themselves, their company, or their Clients.
  • Modify the Templates and incorporate them into End Products for personal or commercial use.
  • Sell End Products that include the Templates, provided the Templates are not the primary value of the product.

Attribution is not required.

Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the Templates or their derivatives separate from an End Product.
  • Use the Templates to create a product that directly competes with Shadcndashboard or the original Templates.
  • Share or distribute the Templates outside the scope of this license (including sharing download access with others).

Examples

Examples of permitted uses:

  • Develop a personal application for the Licensee.
  • Create custom dashboards or applications for Clients, where the End Product is owned by the Client.
  • Build a paid SaaS application (e.g., project management tool, CRM, booking platform) where End Users subscribe or pay to use the application.
  • Develop a self-hosted web application sold to End Users as a one-time purchase.

Examples of restrictions:

  • Publishing the Templates or their derivatives in a public repository.
  • Building a UI library or component pack using Templates and distributing it, for sale or for free.
  • Producing themes, templates, or starter kits using Templates and distributing them, for sale or for free.
  • Creating a “website builder” or “dashboard builder” that allows End Users to create their own products using Templates.
  • Creating an AI generator trained on Templates, or incorporating Templates into a tool that allows End Users to generate websites or applications.
  • Publishing Templates or their derivatives on marketplaces like ThemeForest or similar template marketplaces.

The above examples are illustrative and not exhaustive.

Enforcement

If you breach this license, Shadcndashboard may suspend or terminate your license and access to its services. Any refund or credit following a breach is at Shadcndashboard's sole discretion and is unlikely where the conduct is deliberate or abusive.

All Templates remain the copyrighted property of Shadcndashboard. This agreement grants only the permissions described above—all other rights are reserved. Shadcndashboard reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of the Templates outside the scope of this license.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Templates are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Shadcndashboard does not warrant that the Templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful elements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shadcndashboard be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Templates, even if Shadcndashboard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Entire Agreement

This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and Shadcndashboard with respect to the Templates and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
