Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, purchasing products, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, for purchased templates, our License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. The Site and Products

Shadcndashboard provides a marketing website and a digital product bundle of admin dashboard templates and related source code (the “Ultimate Kit” or “Templates”). Product descriptions, demos, and pricing on the Site are for information purposes; features may be updated over time.

The Site and Templates are intended for users who have a working knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. We do not provide general coding education as part of the product.

3. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Polar). Prices are shown on the Site and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge and agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms.

After a successful purchase you receive access to download the Ultimate Kit. You are responsible for keeping your download and access credentials secure and for not sharing them outside the scope of the License Agreement.

4. License to Templates

Your rights to use purchased Templates are governed exclusively by the License Agreement. These Terms do not expand those rights. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the License Agreement regarding use of Templates, the License Agreement controls.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site or demos in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load or circumvents access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or automated abuse.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting support or making a purchase.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, branding, content, and Templates are owned by Shadcndashboard or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted under the License Agreement for purchased Templates, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, republish, or redistribute Site content (including marketing copy, screenshots used as product assets, or documentation) except as expressly permitted.

7. Refunds

Digital goods generally cannot be returned. Our refund policy, including situations where refunds are not available and how to request a review, is described on the Support page. Please review live demos carefully before purchasing.

8. Third-Party Services and Demos

The Site may link to third-party services, including payment checkout and hosted template demos. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Shadcndashboard is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Templates are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Shadcndashboard does not warrant that the Site or Templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful elements.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shadcndashboard be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Templates, even if Shadcndashboard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
